This platform was built to address a recognised gap in accessible, interactive neuro-ophthalmology education for medical trainees in Australia and internationally. Neuro-ophthalmology sits at the intersection of ophthalmology and neurology, a subspecialty that is frequently underrepresented in standard medical curricula despite its critical importance for diagnosing and managing conditions that are often both sight and life-threatening.
